Because the "secret code" pouch and pamphlet are integral to the value of Webkinz, returns for credit must include the UNATTACHED AND UNOPENED pouch and pamphlet bearing the secret code.
 We are authorized Ganz Webkinz retailers, not second-hand resellers or an auction site. You can be assured that you are purchasing factory fresh, original Ganz Webkinz products. We will never charge more than the retail price we charge in our retail stores. We will never increase any Webkinz price to profiteer from our customers.
